About QBS Coalition:

The Michigan QBS Coalition was formed in 1984. The purpose of the coalition is to enhance the public safety by providing a vehicle for the education and assistance of public officials and public owners on the qualifications-based selection approach of design professionals and design professional services. In 1987 the coalition undertook the charge by the Michigan Legislature in House Concurrent Resolution 206 to provide a documented the QBS process. The QBS Coalition is supported by the following organizations and individuals:
